I left my details on their website and I was contacted by an agent by the name of Les. From the start he was very beligerant and condescending. Under durress, he informed me of a property that was available and I made an appointment for the following day after work (5 pm). He contacted me an hour before the appointment to say something personal had come up and told me to reschedule for Saturday 8 June, at 9.30am.

Yesterday afternoon I contacted him to ask if he could meet me 30 minutes later as I had picked up a puncture on the way home from work and needed to get this repaired before going to view the house. Oh my gosh... he was basically scolding me whilst telling me he had other personal issues to take care of and he was not flexible at all. I asked if I could then see it on Sunday then, to which he responded no as he does not work on Sundays.

I am appauled as this is not the way to treat a client especially not when you are making him money.

He acts as if he is doing you a favour by taking your money.
