My girlfriend is in the process of leaving home she contacted a certain property agent, Lauren, four times cconcerning two properties, she was told she will be phoned back, she finally got an appointment for after work at 4:30, she did not show after a few moments and 2 phone calls we left the propertty for the office trying to find out the reason why. The receptionist was kind and helpful until we spoke to the gead property agent, which asked me for my phone in oprder to ascertain wether I am speaking the truth, I produced the phone at true time 2 past six, my phone is ahead by 20 minutes and told that the property agent left 5 to 5 and that we only phoned 6 past 5 when the time opn m y phone was 22 minutes after 5. My girlfriend tried to tell them that she relied on them when there was other property agents that had the same property, she was told that she should have made use of them instead.
