RIDICULOUS ELECTRICITY CHARGES!!!

Mariska you are in charge of this ridiculous system. Did you really think we as tenants would except these thieving rates that you are charging daily on our electricity accounts? You obviously forgot about the piggyback-meter in our unit that we check daily. At this stage your charging us R4.97 per unit. That is & . We have the CENTLEC rates on paper and so does everybody that we spoke to. We don't even have an electrical stove working in our unit, we have a gas stove and 2 large gas heaters. We leave our house every morning at 05:15, because I start working at 05:30 at the hospital and my husband & daughter start at 06:00am. We arrive from 17:30 in the evening at home and start dinner on the GAS STOVE and light our GAS HEATERS. So where the F@#$? do you accumulate that amount of money to deduct from our balance??? We are not excepting this and DEMAND answers from you.By the way, the so-called outstanding amount on our previous account is seeing that we have proof that the meters were faulty. You acknowledged it and installed other meters twice that was also faulty. That is how we ended up with a piggy-back meter...
