On Sunday 02 February 2014. I was been browsing internet for a property in Welgedacht, Springs and happened to see a beautiful 3 bedroom house in that area. I then decided to send a message via the website link to the Agent, Jeff Nzima with an intention of setting up an appointment to view the property. later on i received a call supposedly from Jeff (0826809614), The first question I asked Jeff was if the property is still on the market, and what is the price as the advert was listed some time ago. I could not believe the attitude and arrogance i received from Jeff, whom i expected to be a professional. He did not properly introduce himself, and insisted on asking confidential personal information over the phone, which i declined to answer, except for where i am currently staying. I advised him that i would like to view the property, and answer his questions in person, not over the phone. He (Jeff) refused to afford us an opportunity to view the property, unless he has our payslips. I find this rather unprofessional, unethical and downright unacceptable and it felt like Jeff was pushing for a sale before we could even see the property. Jeff needs serious people skills training.
