My Freezer needed servicing and I found Gees Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Repairs in the yellow pages.
I contacted Gees and we made an appointment for 2pm on 22nd March, he never turned up and when I contacted him we made an appointment for the next day at 11 am, he eventually arrives at 1 pm and diagnoses a re-gas and valve replacement. The job took him an hour and I paid him R700 for his service and he went on his way. After 3 hours has passed the freezer was still not working, I then contacted him and he said he will come through the next day. Sunday morning he phones me to tell me he will be there at 12.30, he does not turn up at all, I eventually get him on the phone and he says he does not work on Sundays even though his advert states 7 days a week. He then promises to come on Monday, Monday comes and goes and a whole lot of different excuses. he then promises to come on Tuesday morning, I contact him at 8h15 and he says that he is busy driving to my house. At 10h15 I contact my wife to find out if he was there to repair the freezer and she says no. So I call him again and he tells me he is in Lansdowne and he will come through later. Again another lie. 3 days of.
