First we signed offer to purchase a property, which was sold to someone else, then the sale didn't go through & we got contacted again. Against our better judgement, we wanted the property & went ahead signing a new offer to purchase. I had to pay a 10% cash deposit, promised to have an answer in no more than 2 days. If our offer was accepted, but Icould not get a bond, I would lose our deposit. If the curator did not accept our offer, we would receive our deposit back. More than a week later after I kept on asking was I informed that my offer was not accepted. It took them 3 weeks to pay our deposit back & then conveniently did the transfer after banking hours after I reminded them earlier the day that we waiting for my refund.
All I get back from them is that the complaint is noted & their file is closed regarding the matter, not even an apology. I cannot believe the way they conduct business & see them as a bunch of white collar.
