I rented a unit with the company, i had to move out and informed them about my personal problem. I moved out end of Feb 2013, left my full deposits and left the unit clean. Got in 3 cleaners for the day to spring clean the whole unit. Took the keys back, both sets in neat condition. A year and 2 months later i receive a sms from Monarch to say i have been black listed. Not once during this time was i contacted, emailed or smsed of any amounts outstanding to them. No take back inspection done by the renting agent either. I just received a letter on paper stating the costs outstanding.
