I am renting a unit managed by Infinitum, I moved in on the 1st and have been there for 14 days now. I won't complain about the maintanance issues, or the lack of communication from the person who is assigned to help me. All I want, which seems way too much of a demand, is that I be provided with 'ALL' the keys for the unit that I am renting. I need the keys to the balcony door as it is part of the unit. I am not sure what to do or how to proceed. I just want keys, am I really asking for so much?
