Every month I must make numerous phone calls asking, begging, pleading for a monthly statement to be e-mailed to me. This morning I called, was promised to be sent a statement. Nothing, What a surprise. Just called again now, got another promise. Let's see what'll happen.
I need to know what tho pay, because if you short pay Propell, they fall over each other running to the attorneys. Then I sit with fees for the next couple of months!
