Thank you for your response which I can not relate to at all!
1. My levies for April have been paid with the required reference number (if I dont say this in advance, your next assumption will be that it was ommited). I have had to send you proof of payment for three consecutive months now. Do you know how much of my time you are wasting?
2. Neither myself nor my agent received a statement - otherwise we would have noticed that Aprils Levies have not been registered.
3. I do not need you to project interest on my statement - I pay every month, so save your valuable time by rather getting your bookkeeping sorted.
4. Please remove all interest charges from my account as the April levy has been paid in time.
5. There after please send me a corrected statement as requested.
