We have been trying for many months on end to contact the municipality with regards to a R2.5 000 000 refund we would like to get back from them. The phones continously rings with no answer no matter what time of day we call. it really makes 1 wonder how this muncipality is providing a service if they do not answer their phone. We would like to get in contact with anyone from this muncipality as this refund needed is affecting current business. Please assist as this is urgent.
