I recently had to apply to the muncipality for permission to run a business from home.
I was dreading the process but from the get go I was met with friendly efficient staff who told me what was required and even guided me on where to get what was needed.

Moira in particular went out her way to follow up when I had taken down the e-mail address incorrectly and she was not getting the mail I had told her I would send.

I am amazed at the efficiency of our muncipality which beats many private companies on service hands down
