REF1004869093 - Call logged with the City 2 weeks ago with regards to lowering my water meter due to home improvements. As per arrangement made with Amien they were suppose to come out today to do the above, my wife stayed at home due to this, but to my dissatisfaction they did not come. I am because i can't go ahead and do my home improvements because the council is making empty promises and not fufilling their obligations. i would like this matter to be sorted asap so that i can go ahead with my building. Call has also been made to Mike Marsden (city manager) but he is apparently always in a meeting. Please can this be dealt with.
