Ive been trying to file my documents since last year September. I have used hand delivery by post.i have used postal methods. I have used the new fax to email method twice, evrytime my documents are rejected either for unavailavle funds wich i proved with the deposit slip and then with ID copy .i also afterwards sent 3 copies at a time. Its just like they doing it on purpose. Money has been deducted from my account and im not even sure why.i need answers.call center doesnt even answe
