I am absolutely overwhelmed by the service I have received from the City Council, in particular Glenda Hallet. On 8 April, I made an erroneous payment to the City Council (I had loaded the City's account details as the beneficiary account instead of another supplier). On the 9th I received a phone call from Glenda to query the payment. Within 24 hours she had made an arrangement to repay the amount, and within 7 working days I received the amount in my account. During that process, Glenda gave me feedback on at least 2 occasions to explain the process and when I could expect the repayment. I received the money back in my account within 24 hours of when she said it would arrive. 2 days later (after the money had landed in my account) I received a phone call from Glenda to confirm that I had received the payment.
