We have been trying to submit the return of earnings for our 25 clients for almost a month now. The call centre number 0860105350 is no longer valid (although it's advertised it is still the only number to use). emails are ignored. We have tried to submit the forms manually to the Braamfontein branch (after it was advised via telephone that they will accept them), but these RoEs were rejected and we were told we have to submit online. No information is captured online so on the occasion it does work we are expected to fill in all the info from previous returns. for example, if a client has been registered since 2005, the system won't allow us to complete the 2012/2013 return until we capture all the info from 2005 and up. RoEs are submitted on an annual basis and this info should already be captured on the system not expecting employers/public to do it for them.
Some of our applicants do not have WCA numbers because they never send documentation out after an application is completed. No one is willing to help but the deadline is 30 april 2013 and they will (as always) issue penalties for late submission.
