I was requested in October to submit my earnings to establish subscription payments on Discovery Keycare Plus plan. I duly submitted 15 pages of proof of earnings. As I am a battling pensioner I phoned and e-mailed to find out what my subscription would be for 2013. I was put on hold on telephone queries then I eventually put down.
I e-mailed in December to query - they just requested the infomation again which I duly submitted again.
In January I received the confirmation of earnings and to what subsciptions would be. They debited me with
a higher amount. I queried this by e-mail, was telephoned by a very kind and patient Waseem Seedat who informed me they would rectify my subscriptions. I e-mailed Discovery to thank him for his excellent service.
Today I received an e-mail saying my subscription would be the same as the January payment as my earnings were on a certain level. Why did they e-mail informing me what my level was and when queried said I was correct. Now they inform me my subcription is the higher amount plus I must re submit prloof of earnings again.
There is no communication in this organization.
