After a disasterous effort in trying to register a birth at the Randburg branch, we decided to give up and drive to Roodepoort. What a refreshing change after being exposed to the total chaos of Randburg!
We were quickly directed on the process to be followed and the gentleman at Information was patient and helpful with my questions. We were immediately helped and the whole process took a few minutes. The offices were relatively clean, well maintained and efficient. Well done!
