According the voice recording they are continuously working on improving there standard delivery process, which I disagree with profusely, as we have to drive to Pretoria almost every month with the same clients, CK2 they are always spelling the client name incorrectly which cost us to drive from Johannesburg to Pretoria at least once a month for the same error. There call centre never picks up the phone no matter what time of the day whether it be morning or afternoon the number 0861002472 just rings ans well as the 0123945223
