I went onto the website to re-register for the year and was met with an error 'majors required for this qualification'. Last year I experienced the exact same thing and it took days for me to find someone to speak to who could rectify the error.
I have sent emails and have been been trying to phone the number provided all morning. The phone is either engaged or it rings and someone picks up and immediately puts it down again.
How can you treat people like that???
