Poor service from branch and call centre

I had been to SARS on the 2/10/2013 waited for an 1:15 mins in the queue to register my daughter (1yr 8months) for tax so she can get on the registeration list for modelling agencies. i filled out the form and asked the consultant (teddy joyi) at teller 15 if i need to sign he replied " no " .a week later i received a mail with the document sent back saying it requires a signature. i signed it and took it to the branch i was advised to put it in a drop box and to call the contact centre 10days later to get tax number . i have called them on 2 occasions and have to case numbers and still no tax number.i went back to branch on 7/11/2013 to get tax number as i had been advised by ziselwa makwedini on 6/11/2013, it's nothing new i waited an hour and still no tax number. i need this tax number urgently! and SARS staff seem to have a don't care attitude even though it was their fault in the first place.
