SARS total dissapointment, I expected bette

Where do I start!?..Im complaining which I dont often do however the consistent poor service delivery I have expireinced has lead me this far. So it starts off with waiting in a line that streches around the side of the buliding in the Sun, im young I can deal with the heat, however in that same line were a number of older women who were sweating and looking as if they were about to pass out. On one of the occasions the lady while helping me, answers her cellphone and has a conversation with her freind. I waited patiently. She then told me I would have to come again with a form she negelected to tell me to bring with the previous occasion. I explianed that its extremely time consuming and asked to speak to a team leader, who was named "David". David was very dismissive and rude about the sitution. The lady then told me i could come up directly to her the next time i came, today the security stopped and told me to go to the back of the line.by the time i ggot to the door they closed and it and said i would have to come back again. All this takes time and money. and all i want is a tax return seriously? oh and the attendant at the line flat out ignored several people including myself.
