From late last year I started getting calls from a collections company that I have an outstanding account, we stay in a compex and the body coporate is Trafalgar which we have always paid our rates and taxes. We have always received statements from the body coporate but never from the municipality and all of a sudden we have been handed over for COLLECTIONS?? How is that possible??
