Boxes were installed free in all different areas including Westbury, I paid R3500 when I opened my account the time I just bought my house. Now I would like a prepaid electricity box and the municipal is telling me I should pay R3500 again. Are u craze? why should I pay where you guys installed boxes in my area for FREEE... am not willing to pay R3500, am tired of being a good citizen, my account is up date very month I pay water, rates and lights (whiles you guys make a whole lot of money out of me) estimating my electricity. I pay over R1000 every month but there's no one at home!!! I feel that it is not fair, I was not at home!!! R3500 is allot of money, why can't you use the R3500 that I paid in the beginning, it's a rip off. You guys are pushing up my blood pressure, I will forward my medical bill to you as well. I need assistance, am the good person here, I pay my water and light every month how many people do not pay water and lights??? millions, so please stop playing around and do your Job, come install the box at 293 Millet Avenue, Westbury Ext 3, let me know when so I can be at home
