I am irritated and annoyed by the service we receive from metrobus no actually their drivers. The Route to Randburg from Ghandi Square thats where we experience such serviice and this has been going on for months now. Buses from Gnadi to Randburg is number 80A, B or C and seems like all the drivers have the same problem. The 1st 06.00 bus doesn't come every morning, 2nd one 6.15 bus also not the everyday if it does pitch it takes a different route and doesn't stop at every bus stop, now my favourite morning bus the 06.25 the bus driver closes the door whether its full or not he doesn't care and there will be no bus after that if the guy who drives the 06.45 decides not to come to work. I fail to understand why there will be no bus if a bus driver is on leave, and no alternative if a bus breaks down. The afternoon bus drivers are the same accept for one who doesn't stop at one but the next bus stop just because there is a white man who stands there, do I have to walk there because he is intimidated by such or what??? the metrobus drivers need to change their attitude because this is not a way to treat people who help them put food on their tables, we should be treated equally.
