Driver who does not want people to get inside bus

More than 50 people were standing at Ghandi square waiting for a bus to Forrest Hill no 18, we had more than 45minutes waiting for a bus. Bus stop is corner Eloff & Main street. All busses that passed were too full for us to get in. Then came another bus going the same route but refused that we get in and said that He only collects people from Sunnghill to Forrest Hill, not Ghandi Square. He drove pass and on the second rebot was stopped by an inspector from Ghandi & told him to wait for us. When we got in, he told us he was doing us a favour. The same driver in the morning does not want us to take that bus from Forrest Hill to Ghandi, he will tell you only sunninghill. He always leaves us & he drives on the middle lane. He is so rude, bad customer service.
