I have been travelling with Metrobus for more then 2years, what is currently happening is the bus i use in the mornings to get to work in Sandton is always overloaded (you get pushed and shoved and tramped on the feet), i am 3days of my 5day working week late cause if they are way overloaded they drive right past us. Sometimes 3 to 4 busses pass us in the morning, We all need to get to work, we all cant be late and complaining to the depo line 011 375 5555 is no help as nothing is being done, we asked for extra busses and maybe take the double decker bus they use for route 69 which never gets even full on the seats to route430 and give route 69 a single decker. In the afternoons if the drivers are not there they do not send replacements then we again end up overloading the other busses. I am tired of having to pay for a service and getting none and i pay my bus tag each month, i need to get to work and inspectors get on the busses and yells at the bus drivers in front of all the customers, which is such a terrible thing to do and they show no ethics, we as comutors do not decide who gets on the bus or not and some comuters wants to be incharge and also shouts and the driver.
