Terrible service

There is a water pipe burst in the Newlands West, Resthill area, at my house and my neighbours house since the 07th March 2013 (Thursday) morning.
Upon numerous calls to the call centre, no-one has resolved the issue and it is almost 48 hours since this has happened.
The call centre has not been able to provide us with a proper answer as to why this has Not been resolved.
There is so much water that is being wasted because of the incompetence of the staff at the municipality.

When I spoke to someone at the call centre to query about the status of my problem she asked me if I have water supply in the house and upon saying yes we do she says to me "Quote: Then it is fine" Unquote
so in other words if I have water to with all the water that is being wasted outside the house.
Agents from the call centre mentioned to me that they will get someone to call me back of which Never happened.

This is unacceptable service from the municipality.

I am disgusted with the service and the staff attitude.
