Rude Call centre agent!

I called RAF trying to find out about my father's accident payout, the lady who helped me was very rude and impatient, her name is Katleho. She first told me I'm only enquiring now yet the accident happened in 2003, what was i waiting for all these years. And then eventually when she realised I'm getting rude as well the she helped me. Please guys If one can not handle working with people, don't do it, this is a call centre where we are told to call for any problems we have regarding road accident fund, and then when you call you find people like these, who just make you feel useless and nagging, forgetting their pay chqs depend on us calling that number, or they will be adding to the statistics of unemployment!
PLEASE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
