MY CC INCORRECTLY PUT INTO DEREGISTRATION

I have spoken to the call center ladies at CIPC for the past 6 weeks..
All my returns were submitted and paid for correctly.
Apparently they had technical issue with approximately 80% of the cc being in deregistration procsse status.
The IT department people are still busy fixing it.
Tried to get the original copy of my cc whle we wait for the fix and no one assisted?
Still now my CC is still with that status DEREGISTRATION.
I cannot do my tax returns and launch my business because of this issue.
