20 Dec 2012 Ive sent an email requesting the procedures, as the account was overpaid and we needed to be refunded. After daily emails some one eventually replied on 10 January 2013 with requirements. Then the person that handles this was out of office for a week, there after i was at the wrong department and the story goes on and on. After sending the required documents for the 2nd time, almost a month later, still nothing happened. What do i have to do to get a refund?
