I have been trying to log into my CIPC account for 2 weeks now. And even though I have been using the correct log in details it kept telling me it was incorrect. After numerous attempts to reset my password and calling the call centre, I still have not been helped. I was told to send an email to a Floris and it bounced, then I was told to write and sign a letter with a certified copy of my ID. I still have not been assisted. You wait over 20 mintues of the phone and after waiting that long still not assisted.
