I made a transfer via EFT to get funds on my profile to do payments for annual returns. One day after making the transfer, I logged in and saw the balance available reflecting the correct amount. But when moving on to annual returns, the funds disappeared and showed as R0. Therefor I am not able to pay the annual returns.
I sent 4 emails to the email address indicated on the website to ask for assistance, but with no joy. No reply.
I also tried the call centre, but as per the reports on this website, it is totally non existent!!! After 10 minutes, I hang up.
No idea what to do next, as it appears there are no one working at CIPC!?!?
