INCORRECT ACCOUNT

I receive my monthly accounts by email for water and sanitation and pay them every month as stipulated. My account for Sanitation is never more than R 200 a month. Suddenly in March I receive an account for sanitation of R 8310.36!!! I repeat - FOR SANITATION!!! My water account has never even been this high and given that I live with only 1 person - HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. I have been trying to get hold of the credit control department at Tshwane municipality but get passed on to the incorrect departments for hours on end with the end result that that my phone bill is sky high and yet still NO ONE CAN HELP ME!! I have sent emails with no response. I work in Johannesburg and now have to take the day off to go in to Tshwane and try and sort out my account. Please, can someone help me!!!
