Having had to deal with two Government departments during January one being Home Affairs and the other being SARS. I am amazed at the high level of service received from Thokozani Ngobese (Auditor DBN office), he is an asset to his department and to SARS - what took 3 months to resolve with SARS - he took less than a week to resolve. I wish there was more I could do to express my gratitude to him. Thumbs up SARS you are one of the best Government departments I had to interact with and you prove that you know what you are doing. Maybe Home Affairs should learn from you:-) Keep up the good work.
