Can bellieve the lack of customer serves

This morning I was trying to phone the Tongaat Home Affairs offeces to find out what the requirments are for a Re-issue of my ID book, I phoned about 20 times and there whas no answer. So I drove all the way to Tongaat to do the Re-issue, when i got there there was only on man how could help me. I told him I need to do this, he told me to get a form from the next station where there was no one & get one out of the drawer, I did. I aked him very nicely for a pen to fill the form in, there was 2 pens on his station he told me one was dry, & the other one he is using but the pen is just lying there not being used. I walked out drove back to Balitto. I phoned customer serves center to get a # for the complaints departpent, I got the # and phoned that # there was no answer on that #. I tryed a few more times and still no answer. I'm sad and very mad because Tongaat is the only place close enought to do it on a work day, and an ID book you do need.
