My name is Madonna Seraga, I recently had a bad encounter with the administration at the Dilokong Hospital situated at Driekop.
My uncle Kutullo Mpuru was involved in an accident on Monday (25 February 2013). And was admitted at the above mentioned Hospital.
The nurses are not of satisfactory service. He (my uncle) has been given only one injection since been admitted, no other form of medication has been given to him for the pain on his leg and he has a serious ipain.
I think a thorough investigation ought to be conducted at the said Hospital, not only for my uncle but for the many other patients that have been victims of such negligence. It is alleged that there is only one Doctor through out the whole hospital which I find quite strange as Dilokong is an official Hospital with different wards.
The said doctor is never available at the Hospital. How is the public suppose to feel safe such an institution when such is happening.
I feel strongly about this because I also work with people on a day to day basis as a receptionist the reception at Dilokong Hospital is not of great help at all. I have had the phone dropped on me twice today trying to get information
