4 months after an accident I receive an incoice from city of tshwane for R424. After contacting the call centre iv. Been told its for a fire brigade that was not present at the accident. After speaking to a rude and unhelpful gentlemen at the accounts department, I was told even if a third party calls the fire brigade even if they not needed, persons involved in the accident are held liable for that account. I have not received any services and have not entered into any written or verbal agreement requesting services and have not received any services. So please explain why I should be liable for this account???
