I would like to take this time to express how impressed I was by SARS employees. Ms Annah Kunene took her time to listen to my enquery and tried to assist me in finding a resolution. When she realised that the matter required management she called her team leader Mr Mchitheki Dlamini who swiftly and efficiently assisted me.
He then handed me over to Mrs Thulisile Heslop who took the time explain e-filling and register me on to the system. She further proceeded to register my IT14 as it was not correctly done. These individuals made me feel like a VIP and they kept a smile on thier faces whilst remaining professional.
The country needs more people like this who truly undertand the notion of Customer Service.
