My electricity account is supposed to be emailed to me. This month I did not receive an email. Instead I received a pre-termination notice, the notice was left on the wall of my property not even put into the post box. When I phoned the the call center woman said its my responsibility to call if I haven't received an account. I usually receive the account between the 9th and 15th. Its the 11th. When will these people realize its the providers responsibility to provide an accurate bill on time to the consumer.
