I bought a house last year 2012 and we moved in November same year. we converted our electricity to prepaid but on a monthly base we have been charged double- both straight electricity that appeared on our statement while we buy our own prepaid electricity. I have been to different offices in Tshwane CBD and rosselyn trying to resolve this matter in vain.
this frustrates me as buying prepaid electricity on a monthly base its a mission because you have to be told now and then that you can not buy as your account is blocked. then you start making consultation in those offices where everyone sees the problem but fail to understand why cant anybody do something to get this sorted out.
I get a letter of demands for what I do not know. they have also included the balance on my statement bill as arrears arrangement and do not know who arranged what with who?
