Tshwane owe us over 11, 000.00 for almost two years now for rates and taxes deducted from my account for a property already sold. They are unresponsive after many emails and also forms completed by the lawyers involved in the sale. It is totally unacceptable when they advertise that the respond to queries within 48 hours. I will now seek legal action to get my money back from them.
