To whom it may concern;

In connection with account number 02719175:

I visit your premises five times and mail 19 times without any response from your side. I receive an municipal account for the amount of R20 092.05 from 08 November 2012 since 14 December 2012. All I experience is at your offices is workers with from my personal point of view, have no manners at all and I get the impression they are not qualified enough to do the jobs they are in to, that is why they send me to so many offices and persons and no one know what to do and o my, is that an effort to help a client. I never see people so "willing" to help me, the fell over the feet in their effort to give me customer service.

According your account I am 60 days overdue for the amount of R1 257.36 and 60 days for the amount of R3 388.10 and current R15 446.63 and that only for water, I have pre-paid electricity.

First of all;

1. I have a borehole, so why will I make use of municipal water?
