Not collecting their registered post

Posted a registered document to them on 22 Oct 2012. Followed up at Post office on 13 Feb 2013. Registered post was never collected by CIPRO even after Post Office had sent out a second reminder on 30 Oct 2012. Tried to phone them and follow up. Complaints people do not answer their phone. Never spoke a human being once. Call centre totally inadequate. Their website says to call 012 3945262 for any complaints re Companies and Corporations. This number gives one options which finally take one to the complaints section where a pre recorded message tells you over and over again that they drop the ball only 10% of the time as long as they receive the correct information. Hullo? They didn't even bother to collect my info from the post office!!! Calls from Cape Town to Pretoria are extremely expensive when put on hold and never answered. I would appreciate a call from them to sort this out.
