I sent my partner to collect my study material at the post office in Orlando, was told to wait for the notification letter to be posted (chances are i will get their post in two weeks).i need my parcels urgently, so i called the post office contact centre and was advised to go back with my id, tracking number and dispatch number and they confirmed that its delivered at Orlando post office. My partner went again later with the requirements that the given to me by the call centre.he was was given a document to give to me to sign.why was he not given the documents in the first place and why did the contact centre advised me that as long as i sent someone with the requirements then i would have a problem. Post office is wasting my time with the ups and downs when they have the parcels with them.what a poor service you have to offer your clients... but then again who cares because you clearly don't care as give conflicting information.
