I payed R225.00 on 29 October 2012 at the Edenvale branch for unabridged certificates, up to this day the call centre (0800601190) says to me and my wife "we will notify Head office" about the urgent request. They said 6 to 8 weeks. It is going to 14 to 15 weeks. As we speak I am losing R5000.00 per month because the certificates will help me get the children on my free medical aid. This is unacceptable!!!
