Hello Peter,
I have gone to Xavier Junction Testing Station for my licence several times, spending over R 600.00 on booking the licence, getting lessons etc... I failed my licence for "bumping the pole" when infact alot of people saw the instructor stopping me and chasing me away like a dog, "Saying People like me should never be on the road" this was 4min into my yard test. I booked again practised everyday and went again, I stoped my kar in the block to do a 3 point turn, i put the handbrake up, did my 3 point check, indicated and as i did my last check before moving the car the Instructer says you fail, please sign here, i asked him what i did wrong he claims i rolled backwards with the handbrake up and as i said please give me a chance I swear i did not roll he put his head by my window and said, I will never pass a Humlungu, how is that possible on a brand new Cheff Aveo hatch back to roll back??? now my learners will expire and i will then again have to spend lots of money on getting my licence legally.? even although I have been pulled over by metro police whom have complimented me on my driving.
This is not right, we all have a right to get a licence IF WE CAN DRIVE
