My electricity has been disconnected one year ago on the 12/02/2012 because of wrong billing then amount was R61000. i am still being billed for electricity every month, my account are standing at an staggering amount of R187000 currently.
I went to Acacia, Roslyn, Centurion, Sinoville to have my account sorted out every time the person behind the desk tells me i must have my meter tested at a cost of R650, why must i test something that has been disconnected by the City Council. The blame are being pushed around between meter readers and accounts but nothing are being sorted out. The council say i must pay then they will look into the Matter. It is totally unaccepted.
