Call centre and technical staff

I've called the call centre on 5 occasions. 1st call 1 hour no answer. 2nd call answered after 59 minutes reference no given to operator, who asked me to hold. I wanted a further 1 hour 10 min on hold was answered and was told my outage would be attended to.3rd call answered after 45 min operators talking to each other I am not answered. When the operator realises I am listening to them discuss how badly whites treat blacks and a political debate on the larger countries affairs, which I record, my call is dropped. City power trucks apparently arrive at 5:30 AM on the second day of outage do nothing and leave without even hooting or calling. 2 days no response. Fridge contents spoiled and smelly. Still in the dark at present doing this report. Anyone help please
