AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS, EMAILS, PLEADING, SHOUTING, BEGGING AND SCREAMING - WE STILL DO NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY AT OUR HOUSE.
I HAVE A 4 MONTH OLD BABY AND ANOTHER 8 YEAR OLD CHILD LIVING IN THE HOUSE AND WE NEED ELECTRICITY.
IT'S PAID FOR AND WE DONT HAVE SERVICE!!!
THE CALL CENTRE AT 011 375 5555 ARE COMPLETE GIVING THE SAME IRRELEVANT INFO OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN
THE CREDIT CONTROL ARE EVEN MORE STUPID. THEY TAKE 48 HOURS TO PUT YOU ON A RECONNECTION LIST THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!!
THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT ARE NO USE WHATSOEVER!!!
I STILL DON'T HAVE POWER!!!
